該系列水浴式滅菌柜利用高溫循環(huán)水作為滅菌介質(zhì)，對(duì)物品進(jìn)行水淋式滅菌操作。該設(shè)備溫度均勻性好，溫度調(diào)控范圍寬（80~126℃），能廣泛適用于制藥行業(yè)對(duì)玻璃瓶裝、安瓿瓶裝、塑料瓶裝、塑料軟袋裝等液體進(jìn)行高低溫滅菌操作。同時(shí)也適用于食品行業(yè)對(duì)各種密封包裝的飲用液、罐裝食品等進(jìn)行高低溫滅菌操作。
該機(jī)在整個(gè)工作過程中，滅菌介質(zhì)運(yùn)行于一個(gè)相對(duì)封閉的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的升、降溫控制由外部的冷（冷卻水）、熱（蒸汽）能源通過板式換熱器的能源通道間接作用于內(nèi)部循環(huán)水，以達(dá)到對(duì)滅菌物品的升溫滅菌及降溫冷卻操作。
工業(yè)觸摸屏、PLC及一系列高性能元器件的引入，完善的聯(lián)機(jī)、脫機(jī)功能，極大地提高了整機(jī)的可靠性及智能化水平，使該系列設(shè)備能更好地融合于現(xiàn)代化高智能管理體系中去。
