甲磺酸酚妥拉明Phentolamine mesylate：主要用作α腎上腺素受體阻滯藥，通過(guò)阻斷α-受體和間接激動(dòng)β-受體，迅速使周?chē)軘U(kuò)張，可顯著降低外周血管阻力，增加周?chē)萘浚纳莆⒀h(huán)。本品對(duì)心臟有興奮作用，使心肌收縮力增加、心率加快、心輸出量增加。臨床主要用于治療肺充血或肺水腫的急性心力衰竭、血管痙攣性疾病、手足發(fā)紺癥、感性中毒性休克及嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤的診斷試驗(yàn)等，亦用于室性早搏。It is mainly used as an α-adrenergic receptor blocker. By blocking α-receptors and indirectly stimulating β-receptors, it rapidly dilates peripheral blood vessels, significantly reduces peripheral vascular resistance, increases peripheral blood volume, and improves microcirculation. This product has an exciting effect on the heart, increasing myocardial contractility, heart rate, and cardiac output. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of acute heart failure due to pulmonary congestion or pulmonary edema, vasospasm diseases, acrocyanosis, sensory toxic shock and diagnostic tests of pheochromocytoma. It is also used for premature ventricular contractions.
