門冬胰島素是一種速效人胰島素類似物，活性類似內(nèi)源性人胰島素，其B鏈28位脯氨酸替換為天冬氨酸后其起效時間大幅縮短至約15分鐘，持續(xù)時間約3-5小時?？捎糜谥委?型和2型糖尿病，以改善成人和兒童的血糖控制。

Insulin Aspart is a fast-acting human insulin with activity similar to that of endogenous human insulin, and its onset of action is dramatically shortened to about 15 minutes and its duration is about 3-5 hours by substituting aspart amino acids for the pro amino acids at position 28 of the B-chain. It can be used for the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes to improve glycemic control in adults and children.
