浙江震元生物科技有限公司系深交所上市的浙江震元股份有限公司（SZ：000705）旗下的控股子公司，由浙江震元股份有限公司和其全資子公司浙江震元制藥有限公司共同出資的國有新辦企業(yè)。公司注冊資本3億元，位于浙江省紹興市杭州灣上虞經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，距離杭州市80多公里，上海市170多公里。

Zhejiang Zhenyuan Biotech Co., Ltd. (Zhenyuan Biotech) is a holding subsidiary of Zhejiang Zhenyuan Share Co., Ltd. It is a new state-owned company jointly invested by Zhejiang Zhenyuan Share Co., Ltd. (SZ: 000705) listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Zhenyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 300 million yuan, the company is located in Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. There are more than 170kms away from Shanghai and 80kms away from Hangzhou.
